‘Waxwing’ bass pickguard painting (2011)

Colossa bass player Bas Braam (now playing with From Earth) asked me if I wanted to draw/paint something on the pick guard of his Fender Jazz bass. I showed him a sketch of a waxwing which he liked. This is the result.
